Yesterday NVIDIA launched the 8800 GT graphics card. One of the card partners that is selling the 8800 GT is PNY. The PNY XLR8 8800 GT graphics card is now available for $249.99 at major e-tailers. PNY isn’t overclocking this particular video card and it carries the stack NVIDIA reference clocks.
PNY’s card has a core clock of 600MHz, a shader clock of 1500MHz, and a memory clock of 1.8GHz. This is also the first card from PNY that is PCI Express 2.0 compliant.
Like the other 8800 GT cards PNY’s has 512MB of RAM and a 256-bit memory interface. We should have review samples for this card in soon for testing and we will see how well it performs then.
