Opera released a new version of its Opera Mini browser for mobile phones. The new Opera Mini 4 is completely rewritten and has lots of improvements.

Opera Mini 4 is based on the same rendering engine as the Opera 9.5 desktop browser. The browser still has a very small install size, less than 100KB. See a complete overview of the features of the Opera Mini 4 browser on the Opera blog.
