It is that time of the year again. Microsoft is taking Xbox Live offline for maintenance starting at 1am PST on November 13th.
Update 06/16/09:
Xbox Live down for Maintainance (24h)
Xbox.com will actually go down at midnight. The xbox site informs that some users might already experience issues logging in to Xbox Live and "My Xbox" on Xbox.com.
Microsoft Major Nelson informs on his blog that this is only maintenance and not a dashboard update or the roll-out of new features.
Xbox Live and xbox.com are supposed to be back online at 2am PST.
Last year Xbox Live was down in May (report) and in October (October). Microsoft took Xbox Live down for 1 day back then.
1 hour downtime for upgrades or maintenance is ok. I hope we never see 1 day downtimes again from Microsoft.
So you have 1 hour to pass where you cannot shoot others in Halo 3. I suggest you enjoy our Gadget Model Photos to pass the time.
