Vodafone throws Court Order against T-Mobile iPhone in Germany

Vodafone decided to rescue us from the iPhone 2 year contract commitment with a court order against T-Mobile in Germany - hurray!

Vodafone thinks that the locked iPhone sales and two year contract terms might not be legal in Germany and wants the courts to decide.
Apparently 5,000 German iPhone customers already use their hacked iPhone already over the Vodafone network.
T-Mobile now has two weeks to respond to Vodafone's court order. In any case, I would not buy an iPhone in Germany right now until the situation is settled.
