LG introduces an improved version of its Blu-ray and HD-DVD multi drive for PCs.
The improved LG Super Multi Blue Drive features a 6X recording speed. The first LG Super Multi Blue Drive had 4x Blu-ray recording speed.
The new LG Super Multi Blue Drive is supposed to be about half the price of the first version. The price in Korea will be below 500,000 Won (~$540).

The new LG BH200 HD-DVD and Blu-ray player apparently still isn't shipping. Amazon has it listed, but no information on price and shipping date.
