New Port on Apple MacBook Pro supports Monitor Docking Feature Rumor

We reported yesterday that the new MacBooks Apple will introduce tomorrow might be able to be docked behind Apple Displays. Now 9 to 5 Mac is expanding its dock claim by identifying a new port on the MacBook cases that leaked from Asia.

The port seen on the case matches a port with similar dimensions on a Apple patent filing for the MacBook Monitor Dock.
This might all just be wrong reasoning and the new port could be for something else completely. We will see tomorrow what new gadgets Steve Jobs has in store for us.
