THQ has begun shipping its latest title in the MX vs. ATV franchise called MX vs. ATV Untamed. THQ promises that this game has a massive open game world and new event types.

The title is cross-platform and available on virtually every gaming system including Xbox 360, PS3, PS2, PSP, Nintendo DS, Wii (early 2008) and mobile phones across multiple carriers. The game is rated E for everyone, which is becoming a difficult rating to find.

Pricing for the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions is $59.99, the PS2 and PSP version is $39.99 and the Nintendo Ds version goes for $29.99. Pricing information on the Wii version is not available at this time. "MX vs. ATV Untamed has extremely broad consumer appeal, making it a must-have for core gamers, off-road racing fans and casual gamers," said Dave Miller, director of global brand management, THQ. "Its vast open worlds, all-new event types and innovative career modes translate into the deepest off-road gaming experience to date and will help build on the franchise's position as the world's best selling off-road brand."
