The nice people from Neuros Technology are letting us give away a Neuros OSD and a Neuros MPEG-4 Recorder 2 Plus.
With the Neuros OSD ($229.99) you can digitize you DVD or even VCR movie library to hard-drive storage. More details on the Neuros site.
The Neuros MPEG4 Recorder 2 Plus ($109.99) allows you record video to memory cards (SD/MMC/MS slot in addition to CF) and watch it on the go on Sony PSP, Apple iPod or other PMPs. More details on the Neuros site.
