Amazon already takes pre-orders for the new ultra-slim Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T7. Amazon.com sells the DSC-T7 for $499.99, shipping date is May 8th.
The new Sony T-Series model is at its thinnest area only 9.8mm thick (14.8mm at the thickest). The T7 is again a mile-stone for compact 5MP digital cameras. Sony announced the DSC-T7 one day earlier in the USA than in Japan. Sony skipped officially the sale of the DSC-T3 in the USA shortly before Christmas. The DSC-T7 makes it all up.
