SONIC F1 Mini Solar Car Kit

If you are into fast cars, toy models, and alternative fuel sources, the SONIC F1 solar car kit is perfect for you. This car looks like an F1 racing car and according to OWI Incorporated, makers of the kit, it races at amazing speeds when equipped with the fastest engine.

The car is powered completely by solar electricity gather with integrated solar panels on the car kit. The maker says the car is perfect for research and showing kids that alternative energy can be fun.

The kit is supposed to be easy to build with less than 10 parts to assemble. The kit is priced reasonably as well at only $15.95. There appears to be no controls on the car for direction, so it looks like it only goes in a straight line.
