The software gives fast access to the most popular functions in a unique GuideMenu for editing and making videos. The software will allow users of the Canon camcorders to edit video and then write it back to the camcorder or to a DVD.
"The Canon HG10 and HR10 AVCHD camcorders are a perfect example of the strong trend towards bringing high-definition video capture to the masses," said Jeff Hastings, President and General Manager, Digital Media at Corel. "People want their videos to look like the movies they see in the theater and on HDTV. By combining Canon's AVCHD camcorders with Corel's software suite, we are making it easy for users of all skill levels to create professional looking, high-definition videos."
