New Silver LG Viewty

Last week LG introduced a silver Prada phone. This week the company releases a silver version of the LG Viewty 5MP camera phone.

LG introduced the Viewty at the IFA 2007. The silver color is a nice fit to the Prada and to the Viewty phone.
LG already sold 550,000 Viewty phones world-wide after it went on sale in November. Apparently LG sells 10,000 Viewty phones per day in Europe.
"With this new Dark Silver color option LG has made the LG Viewty even better, giving buyers an opportunity to customize their phones with a new high-tech finish that is still professional and complements its overall design," said Dr. Skott Ahn, President and CEO of LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company. “We knew we had something special when we created Viewty, and it turns out that over half a million customers agree with us."

The Viewty (LG-KU990) features a 5.1MP CCD, a Schneider Kreuznach lens, image stabilizer, up to ISO 800 sensitivity, auto focus and 120fps video recording.
Other features of the Viewty include a 3 inch screen and music player.
