The Sony DSC-T300 detects five scenes and chooses the correct setting automatically. An advanced iSCN mode allows the shooter to set their own settings and when the camera determines the image taken isn’t ideal it will shoot a second shot with automatic settings.
The LCD is a large 3.5-inch touch screen and the cam features super steady shot and ISO3200 sensitivity. A child priority or adult priority detects up to eight faces and shoots an image when the subjects smile. The DSC-T300 stores to Memory Stick or Memory Stick Pro and will be available in March for $400.
Via Sony. Currently available in the Sony DSC T series is the DSC-T200.
