Sprint Offers NASCAR Fans NASCAR Sprint Cup Mobile

Sprint announced a new, free application today for NASCAR fans that are Sprint subscribers. The free application is available to users with compatible handsets and a data plan. To get the application users text NASCAR to 7777 and a message is sent back with a link to the application.

Once installed fans will have access to rankings and video clips and on race day fans can listen to live audio broadcasts between the driver and his crew. Leader boards and more information is available as well.

A special My Driver page lets fans track their favorite driver’s statistics and race status from one page. "NASCAR Sprint Cup Mobile provides fans what they want right now with easy-to-find information and statistics about their favorite driver and sport," said Steve Gaffney, director of sports marketing for Sprint.
