Samsung Wireless announced today that it had again grabbed the top spot for customer loyalty in the Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Engagement Index. The index measures customer loyalty among brands in the cellular handset industry.

Samsung is the only mobile phone maker to grab the number one sport in consecutive years since 2001. The index determines the brands that are best able to engage customers by meeting or exceeding their expectations.

"The Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Award is a significant honor because it is based directly on consumer feedback," said Bill Ogle, Chief Marketing Officer at Samsung Telecommunications America. "Winning this award shows Samsung makes great phones and connects emotionally as a brand."
