Mad Catz announced this week that it had secured a license agreement with NASCAR to produce NASCAR branded steering wheels and related accessories for all video game platforms. The products will include steering wheels, controllers, faceplates and console skins for virtually all portable and home game consoles.

"We are excited about the addition of the NASCAR license to Mad Catz' extensive portfolio of sports-licensed accessories, which now includes almost every major North American professional sport," said Darren Richardson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mad Catz. "NASCAR is one of the nation's most popular sports with a very loyal and enthusiastic fan base and we look forward to providing retailers and customers with entertaining accessories that will put them behind the wheel of their favorite racing teams."

Mad Catz says the multi-year agreement will allow it to sell the branded accessories in both Canada and the US. Mad Catz makes some very nice looking accessories, I particularly like the Halo skins and face plates.
