Heise reports that the new 16GB Apple iPhone is apparently sold out in Germany.
T-Mobile, the carrier offering the iPhone in Germany is estimating that it will be four weeks until the next shipment of 16GB iPhones.
The cheaper 8GB iPhone is readily available though.
The 16GB iPhone is having also a longer shipping time on the U.S. Apple Store. Currently you have to wait 5-7 business days. The 8GB iPhone ships within 24 hours.
