This effect is nothing new, but still kind of cool. Nokia back in 2004 already introduced the Nokia 3220 phone with LED message effect.
The LED Light Show Stick is rather affordable and only cost you $22 at the Hong Kong based gadget shop Brando.
The USB 32-LED Light Show Stick supports a message length of Approximate 85 characters. You can also upload images. The LED Stick supports three scrolling modes: Marquee, Slider and Top Down.
The internal memory is 4096 bytes. Measurements are 295 x 36 x 18mm.
