Microsoft offered to buy Yahoo! for $44.6 billion two month ago. The Wall Street Journal reports that sources close to the company say that Microsoft will not offer more money for Yahoo!.
Microsoft seems to have time on their side as the stock market is weak and I also do not see how Yahoo! would be able to turn things around quickly to increase their value.
