"SAS dual-port capability with redundancy, improved performance and data integrity make this drive the perfect low-cost/GB enterprise-ready drive for our customers."
The model number for the SAS 1TB drive is ST31000640SS and it features a 7200 rpm speed, 1.2 million hours mean time between failure and rotational vibration tolerance of 12.5 rads/s2. The drive uses a 16MB cache size and has an average latency of 4.16ms with a 8.5ms random seek and a 9.5ms random write speed.
