Boeing scheduled a 787 Dreamliner briefing for today at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The Times reports that the Dreamliner will be delayed by 18 months.
The delay of the Dreamliner to the end of 2009 will cost Boeing billions of dollars in compensations to airlines.
The EADS Airbus people sure will be getting a kick out of this news. The Airbus got hit with many delays as well.

Boeing issued full report on Dreamliner delays. First delivery is now in Q3 2009.
