Nobody Shows Up in Bugarach besides Journalists

So tomorrow, December 21st, the world ends according to the Mayan Apocalypse believers. It looks like they have changed their minds as one of the safe places to survive the Apocalypse is empty. According to France 24 the French Village Bugarach has no visitors that believe the world will end on December 21st. The much hyped Bugarach was preparing for an invasion and it only has to cope with a journalist invasion. Apparently 200 journalists from around the world arrived in Bugarach to witness nothing.

Oh wait! What if the story is true and Bugarach gets saved by aliens? Then journalists will be the sole survivors of mankind.
