The year is just in its second day and the Apple rumors go already strong. Apple is rumored to upgrade its Apple Mac computers with 802.11ac Wi-fi. TNW reports that their sources say that Apple will use a new Broadcom chip to bring the super-fast Wi-Fi connectivity to the Mac world.
The new 5G WiFi is supposed to bring up to 3x the speed of 802.11n and is also offering at the same time wider coverage and better power efficiency. Of course it will cost you. Not only will you need a new Mac, but also a new Wi-fi router.
