New Add-On Content Available for Borderlands 2

2K Games and Gearbox Software have announced the latest new add on campaign content for Borderlands 2 is now available. The new download content is called Sir Hammerlock's Big Game Hunt and is the third add-on content campaign for Borderlands 2. The new content is available for download today on the Xbox 360, PS3, and Windows computers.

The new campaign takes place in Aegrus, which is part of the uncharted territory in the swamps of Pandora. Players will run into Sir Hammerlock and Claptrap as well as new enemies and bosses to fight. Players will meet Hyperion Scientist Professor Nakayama who will try to disrupt the hunt.

Players will also find new enemies including spider-like Two-Legged Drifters, flying Slagged Spores and insane Vampire Witch Doctors. The Witch Doctors can unleash swarms of bats to attack the player. This new add-on mission alone is available for 800 Microsoft points for $9.99 with players to purchase the Borderlands 2 Season Pass will get the content and all other download content and $29.99 or 2400 Microsoft points.
