Back around CES word surfaced that Sony had a new tablet coming called the Xperia Tablet Z. When word of the tablet surfaced some hardware specifications came with it. What we think we know at this point is that the tablet will have a 10.1-inch screen featuring full HD resolution.
The tablet was also tipped to be using a 1.5 GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro SoC with 2 GB of RAM. Internal storage is pegged at 32 GB and the battery promises 6000 mAh of power. We also know the tablet will run Android Jelly Bean and feature a ruggedized build.
The first official glimpse at the tablet may, on January 22 according to a screenshot that his leaked from NTT DoCoMo. The screenshot shows that the tablet will be put on exhibition January 22. The information was briefly on a website called DoCoMo smart phone lounge that is apparently directly linked to the Japanese carrier.
