Rugged Algiz Notebook Can Survive Life in the Wild

If you need a notebook computer for work, but you work environment is so harsh a normal computer would only last a few hours, the Algiz XRW is the Superman of the notebook world. The machine is super rugged and can survive dust, water, sand, and drops from 1.2 m above a hard surface. The machine has been updated with a faster processor and more.

The new processor is nd Intel N2600 1.6GHz dual-core Atom and it has a 128 GB SSD. The machine has 4 GB of RAM, integrated GPS, and additional security with an integrated TPM chipset. The machine also has wireless Gobi 3000 technology.

The battery promises up to eight hours on a single charge and the machine runs Windows 7. The computer will start shipping in the new configuration at the end of February at unannounced pricing.
