Incredibly Tough and Expensive iKey StreetCase for iPad Debuts

If you're in the market for a new case for your iPad that is incredibly protective and has an integrated keyboard, a new product as surfaced from a company called iKey. While this keyboard case is one of the most protective I have ever seen, it's also one of the most expensive cases you can buy anywhere for your iPad. The StreetCase sells for $495.

Your $495 gets you a case that looks like something the military would use for laptops and other hardware on the battlefield. The case is made from ABS polycarbonate and is completely sealed against dust and water. You can even submerge the case with your iPad inside without any damage.

The iPad attaches to the top of the case and in the bottom is a keyboard that connects to the tablet via Bluetooth. The QWERTY keyboard has red LED backlighting. The keyboard uses a rechargeable battery and the case is available right now.
