Rumor claims iPhone 5S and iPhone 6 Are Now Showing up at Chinese Suppliers
The new Applerumor
going around today comes from a user going by the name Old Yao on the Chinese website called Sina Tech. The user claims he has a friend who works at an Apple supplier in China. According to the post, the man's friend has seen the next-generation iPhones on hand at the supplier.
According to the source the iPhone 5S looks very similar to the current iPhone 5. However, the iPhone 6 is said to have a larger screen than the current iPhone. The iPhone 6 is said to be thinner, longer, and wider than the existing device.
Naturally, Apple isn't offering any official comment on these rumors at this time. This is a tenuous rumor at best and I still find it hard to believe that Apple would launch two iPhones in the same year. Still, we will keep an ear out for any further developments on the next-generation iPhones.
On Friday, Apple revealed that it had purchased book analytics and discovery company BookLamp for an undisclosed sum, though TechCrunch estimated the sale between $10-15 million. While it acknowledged the deal, the iPhone maker's only comment on the deal was its standard "Apple buys smaller technology companies from time to time, and we generally do not discuss our purpose or plans" line. The company is likely to use BookLamp technology in its iBookstore to help readers ... Source: MacNN

Those visiting New York for the first time wouldn’t be completely incorrect if they figured that at its core, the city is just one long line. When I spent a summer there a couple years ago, I waited outside Lincoln Center to see some of Christian Marclay’s mesmerizing video The Clock. I tried to minimize my wait by scheduling my queueing for the off-peak time of 3 a.m., and even then, I stood by for two or three hours. H ... Source: The Atlantic

What would you do if you could access 100 percent of your brain's potential processing power? Reverse climate change? Pick up new languages while you sleep? Pay your rent on time? Invent an iPhone capable of making and receiving telephone calls?More important: Would you savor the salty, crunchy, hot-buttered freshness of writer-director-mogul Luc Besson's wiggedy-wack but truly, madly deeply watchable thriller Lucy — a Ritalin-spiked pixy stick of a movie that pinches almost as m ... A heart rate monitor can help you determine whether you’re pushing yourself hard enough while working out. But are all heart rate monitors the same? Not exactly. The Scosche RHYTHM+
breaks from the usual chest strap and instead wants to hang out on your forearm. The RHYTHM+ measures your heart rate without hugging you to death by optically measuring blood flow. Sounds pretty
