HP goes Android

HP is trying again to get into the mobile device market according to ReadWrite. Three years ago HP destroyed great Palm WebOS and now HP is supposed to join the Google Android camp. HP is though also already offering Microsoft Windows 8 tablets.

The first HP Android device is supposed a high-end Tegra 4 tablet that could arrive soon. HP might also release an Android Smartphone.

I do not see HP making a big dent into the current market shares of existing Android device players.
