New Apple Patent Reveals iWatch has Slap Bracelet

The iWatch rumors just got more real. A new Apple patent got discovered by AppleInsider that is more than hint that Apple is actively working on the iWatch. The patent describes a wearable device with flexible screen and slap bracelet.

Slap bracelets are a bi-stable spring. My son is right now playing with such a slap bracelet that has a reflective surface used to wear around your leg or hand on the streets when it is dark.

Apple proposes in the patent to embed electronics, flexible display, the bi-stable steel spring into a fabric covered and sealed device.

A slap on smart watch sounds really cool. I hope Apple is close to make this technically happen and the patent is not a far out idea.

There are already slap bracelet watches on the market. Watch the short video below to get the idea.
