Dell XPS 18 Windows 8 Touch All-In-One Desktop/Tablet

The Dell XPS 18 is here. At under 5 pounds, it is the thinnest and lightest all-in-one desktop Dell has ever offered. The Dell XPS 18 will be available on Dell.com in the United States and in select countries in Europe on April 16 starting at $899.99.

The new Dell XPS 18 AIO features a 18.4-inch capacitive touch full HD (1920 x 1080) display. That means it offers nearly twice the screen size of Apple’s iPad which makes it great for all kinds of streaming media and gaming for families. It features much of the power you would expect from an AIO while still being surprisingly portable, so you can use it in many different rooms in the house. It works well as a streaming media device in the living room, viewing recipes or cooking videos in the kitchen, or as a homework machine in the kids room.

About the Geek Mind

The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.

The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
