Electronic Arts will make new Star Wars games.

The Walt Disney Company is the new owner of the Star Wars franchise. Now they announced that the Star Wars video game deal goes to Electronic Arts. The deal will bring new future Star Wars games to consoles, PCs, tablets, mobile and more.

There are no details yet revealed on the upcoming Star Wars games. EA only says that the developers teams from DICE, Visceral and BioWare will work on Star Wars games. EA's Star Wars games will borrow from the new Star Wars movies, but will have original stories.

The first Star Wars movie is expected to hit cinemas in Summer of 2014. Expect the first new Star Wars game to be released at the same time.
