Amazon Launches iOS Cloud Drive Photos App

Amazon has just released a new version of its Amazon Cloud Drive Photos app that will now support iOS devices. This new version of smartphone app is available to download for free from App Store starting Friday.

Amazon Launches iOS Cloud Drive Photos App

The giant online retailer Amazon has launched, on Friday, its mobile app of Cloud Drive Photos for iPhone and iPod touch users. This app is already available for Androids since November 2012. New iPhone version is available to download fo free from App Store but upto 5GB memory storage.

This means that users of iPhone and iPod touch can access and view their photos from anywhere. Not only through iOS devices, but users can access their stored photos from their desktop computer or any web browser.

These photos will be stored on user's Amazon Cloud Storage Drive. But users can save photos upto 5GB free. If users need extra storage space, they have to pay $10(£6) annual charges for 20GB added memory space.
