AMD launches World’s Fastest Notebook Graphics Card Radeon HD 8970M

AMD has launched the world’s fastest graphics card based on new Graphics Core Next (GCN) architecture. AMD Radeon HD 8970M will deliver best gaming experience with super-fast performance. The Corporate Vice President & General Manager Graphics Business Unit (GBU) of AMD told that users require more brilliant experience on portable devices instead of desktop. He said that a precise combination of latest technologies is required to meet up the challenge. When we need to deliver graphics rich applications and games, battery life and running efficiency becomes an important part.

Company’s new groundbreaking graphics card chip 8970M increases the processing speed from 12 to 54 percent than previous chipset models. Radeon Neptune graphics card gives powerful experience of gaming and graphics. It supports the DirectX 11 technology. The other technological improvements include PowerTune, Enduro display switching technology. All these innovations when combined together give extended battery life.

AMD has packed a new notebook MSI GX70 by putting the pieces of puzzle in a sleek and intelligent manner. It is shipped with Radeon HD 8970M. It is designed to meet the gamer’s choice. Company VP of Global Sales and Marketing the GX70 will push the international sales and revenue. GX70 is powered by Microsoft Windows 8 on A10 Quad Core series.

The HD display is 17.3 inch and have resolution of 1920x1080. It is based on LED technology. AMD’s A10 CPU (Central Processing Unit) works in close integration with Graphics Processing Unit (GPU). System’s app acceleration calculates the workload and shares it with GPU to ease CPU load. Both combined together gives better performance. Load balancing between GPU and CPU along with app acceleration increase efficiency.

GX70 supports multi display technology. One game can be shared among laptop and multiple monitors. Analog monitors, a mini display port, HDMI port and VGA connector is given to extend the display to other display devices. Image processing is improved than previous portable gaming consoles. AMD notebook delivers the potential that gamers, professional and graphic designers need. New extreme graphics card is pre-installed in GX70 model has steel keyboard with hard keys. The starting price standard devices is $1,100 which is not much high. You can order extended RAM and memory by paying extra amount.
