Actress Scarlett Johansson Is not happy with an author using her name in novel and sues.

One of the hottest actresses on the planet is in the news not for a new movie or magazine cover. Scarlett Johansson is suing an author of a best-selling French novel that describes a fictional character that is resembling Scarlett Johansson.

Scarlett's legal arrows are fired towards author Gregoire Delacourt and his publisher JC Lattes according to The Independent. The novel describes the fictional character as a look-alike of Scarlett. The author says it is all just meant as a compliment to Johansson.

The whole thing is a tricky legal case. If Scarlett has a case here remains to be seen. See the latest hot photos of Scarlett Johansson.
