Facebook poised to launch a news reader on the 20th?
Apart from being a solid socialnetworking platform, Facebook is also an aggregator of data, listing real-time updates and sharing recommendednews to its billions of users from all over the world.
So it would make perfect sense for the giant social network to launch a news reader or aggregator soon. Facebook seems to be holding an event on June 20th to announce a new product.
Interestingly, the invitation was sent out via paper snail mail instead of email, which is now a standard. Even more interesting is the coffee stain art on the invitation suggesting the old familiar stains we find on our daily newspapers.
Aha! There goes the speculation about a news reader or an RSS platform. Of course, we can only guess, for now. But the clues are pointing to that direction. Written on the paper are the words, "A small team has been working on a big idea. Join us for coffee and learn about a new product."

About the Geek Mind
The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.
The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
