NVIDIA delayed Shield Shipment Till July

NVIDIA Shield is set to launch tomorrow. But the company has just announced that the shipment of Shield gaming console is going to be delayed until July.

NVIDIA's Shield is its all new portable gaming device that has to be launched tomorrow, on June 26. But now it is late and delayed till next month of July. The company is getting some issues with mechanical components of the game that are taken from third-party suppliers. Hence the NVIDIA delayed its Shield shipment as it is announced officially today in words, "While we announced last week that SHIELD will go on sale this Thursday, we’ve taken the hard decision to delay shipping until next month."

Actually the mechanical components supplied are not up to the standard of NVIDIA. Some final QA (quality-assurance) tests find out mechanical issues on which the company is not happy. And the company is working 24/7 to get this issue resolved and maintain its standard.

NVIDIA is feeling sorry for this delay. It states, "We apologize to those who have preordered SHIELDs and to all those who are waiting for them to go on sale. But we want every SHIELD to be just right." The exact shipment date of the gaming console will be announced in July. We have to wait till then.
