The British style icon, Kate Moss has decided to launch a range of mobile accessories. Titled “Fashion Tech”, the array of accessories comes after a partnership with UK’s biggest mobile retailer, Carphone Warehouse. Kate Moss Accessories Collection will be available in mid summer.

Kate Moss to Launch Mobile Accessory Range

Once known for her lean looks, Kate Moss has put on some weight in recent years. She looks better than her former skinny self. And she has new plans as well. Kate has gotten together with Carphone Warehouse to market a new range of accessories for smart phones and tablets. She herself along with the company made the designs for the accessories. The line is meant for women. Called simply “Fashion Tech”, it will consist of cases and add-ons for the aforementioned products.

Kate Moss considers this venture the same way as her bags and shoes. She spoke of how there was a paucity of choice in the real world out there. She also said how she was delighted to observe how her vision became a reality. Every aspect of the products was carefully reviewed by the supermodel. She wanted simply the best. And it reflected her personal style in its every feature. Dubbed the Kate Moss Accessories Collection, it will be in stores when the summer is at its peak.  Besides being available in Carphone Warehouse outlets, the collection can also be purchased online.

Kate and the company had collaborated since the past couple of months on the project. It is publicly announced today through a press release. The model with her drop dead gorgeous figure lent her style chops to the handsets. The consumer base had been crying out for something different. And so they had fused technology and fashion. Kate Moss has already worked for other products like Topshop and Rimmel. With Fashion Tech the supermodel who is about to turn 40 has looked elsewhere for inspiration. Time is definitely running out for the hard partying cover girl and so she has gotten practical.

The market for mobile phones in the UK had shown a significant increase for females. The ratio for males was not so high. That is the reason why this collection targets a female audience. It is Kate Moss’s signature collection and bears imprints of her personality and psyche. The outlook for Fashion Tech appears to be hopeful. The females that are clamoring for attention will get their rewards. And that will be in the form of some colorfully cool accessories that add pizzazz to their smart phones and tablets.
