Tax-free Weekend 2013 is a Mini Black Friday in Select States

The Tax-free Weekend is a little Black Friday for consumers in about 20 states. The 2013 Tax-Free Weekend will be on August 2 to August 4 in most States. The Tax Holidays are exemption certain product categories from sales tax. The product categories differ from state to state. Usually they include clothing, school supplies and computers

The Tax-free weekend is set to be in sync with back to school shopping to support parents. In North Carolina the 2013 Tax-Free Weekend could be the last one. There is a tax reform bill in play according to WNCN that will cancel tax Holiday starting in 2014.

If you do not live in a state with a Tax Holiday, put your focus on the biggest sales event of the year. Our Black Friday Countdown is already down at 133 days until Black Friday 2013.
