Google’s Cloud Print Arrives on Windows

Now you may share your printer with others from anywhere through any device, thanks to Google. The Cloud Print facility has arrived on Windows thereby increasing its range and repertoire.

The services offered by Google have multiplied over the years. One of them is printing. The search engine giant has especially looked to this field since there has been a steadily growing demand for it. Basically, Cloud Print allows anyone to prints anything from anywhere. Now that is something indeed. Printers that function on Cloud Facility are available in the market for high tech goods. Just connect one to the Net and using you’re account, print as many facsimiles as you want. Till now Google was lending the service in Chrome on Chrome OS. However, with the launch of Cloud Print Service for Windows this story has taken a new turn for the better.

For the first time in Google’s history, administrators can employ this tool to plug in their printers in educational establishments, firms or trade and commerce junctions. The facility continues to do its job behind the scenes. The printer is in beta and needs a Chrome installation. There is compatibility between it and Windows 7, Vista and XP. The whole thing is available for downloading from Google Tools. Besides the Cloud Print Driver there is the Cloud Printer Service. So that’s two cheers for Google. And as for Android users, they had gotten access to this facility earlier through an application of Cloud Print available on Google Play. Furthermore, Google keeps your information regarding the images or text you print a secret and never divulges it to anyone.
