Valeria Lukyanova Documentary Brings Real Barbie Back into Headlines
Media Company VICE has a published 'Space Barbie' - a documentary that stars the world's most famous real-life Barbie doll, Valeria Lukyanova, whose manicured, cartoon-like looks and internet presence has made her an international phenomenon.
Valeria Lukyanova is the Ukrainian girl who has turned herself into a real-life Barbie doll – an extreme example of body morphing through cosmetic surgery and image manipulation. What most people do not know, is that Valeria wholeheartedly claims not to be a real lady at all, but a time traveling spiritual guru whose purpose is to save the world from the clutches of superficiality and negative energy.
Valeria Lukyanova has been an internet meme since at least a year. The new documentary gives her fame another push. Watch the 20 minute documentary below.

The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.
The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
