A direct comparison between front panels of iPhone 5 and rumored iPhone 5S shows that these are almost similar with some minor internal changes and tweaks. However a visible longer and refreshed ribbon cable is attached to front display.
What comes out next in iPhone 5S rumors round up is its front panel design. A direct comparison of current iPhone 5 front panel with rumored iPhone 5S shows that the design is almost similar. AppleInsider posted today this direct comparison of front panels done by Letem Svetem Applem. It shows that Apple's next-generation iPhone will carry same look front that is just slightly different from that of current iPhone 5 model. This might be the reason that upcoming iPhone is called 'iPhone 5S', the name is also slightly different.
The most significant change seen in next generation iPhone's front display is a much refreshed longer ribbon cable shown in above image. Other minor changes includes some internal tweaks and screw movements. The outlook of this alleged iPhone 5S is same as that of current model. Home button and the FaceTime camera remains at their positions but a fingerprint scanner is rumored to come embedded inside home button.
Apple is expected to launch its next iPhone flagship this fall, most probably in September. A low-cost plastic iPhone is also expected to launch with next generation iPhone 5S.
