Actress Sandra Oh leaves Grey's Anatomy. She will leave after the 10th season.

A popular actress on the hit show Grey's Anatomy is leaving. The Hollywood Reporter says that Sandra Oh will leave the show after the completion of the 10th season. Grey's Anatomy premiered in 2005. After such a long time some actors are in need of a change.

Sandra Oh said to TWR: "Creatively, I really feel like I gave it my all, and I feel ready to let her go." With "her" she means doctor Cristina Yang, the character she plays on the show.

The actress' next project will likely involve theater. It is not clear yet how Grey's Anatomy will handle the departure in the story line.
