Apple remakes its AppleCare support portal to make it simple and easy to use. A 24/7 live chat support facility is also added in this new design now. The new website offers user large and easy to use icons to identify their problems and get right solutions.
Contact Apple Support page shows all products, including Mac, iPod, iPhone, iPad, iTunes, Apps & Software, and More Products & Services. A link is given with each product. By following the link, users are given choices to solve the problem with specific product. Customers can contact directly to an expert for his issue via phone, chat, email and more. 24/7 live chat support now help customers to get an instant solution. But they can also easily schedule a call or in-store Genius Bar appointment as reported by 9to5Mac.
24/7 live chat support feature was initially introduced for specific hardware and software. But now both Mac and iOS devices are supported by AppleCare all time live chat support. Not all users can still access new redesigned website still. Older version is available for some customers. But Apple will soon complete the roll out for all users. After the completion of rolling out redesigned AppleCare support website, Apple is aiming towards redesigning AppleCare services too.
