Apple stays in the first position of ACSI's satisfaction ranking in the personal computer category

The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) declares that Apple has achieved the top position in the ranking  of customer satisfaction of personal computers. It is the tenth consecutive time for the tech giant to retain the top spot.

According to Apple Balla, the tech giant remains at the top of the ranking with 87 points. Other reputed companies, such as: HP and Dell, stays at the 2nd and the 3rd position, with 80 and 79 points respectively.

Last month, ACSI also announced the smartphone satisfaction ranking in the US,  where Samsung’s Galaxy S3 tops the category, leaving Apple’s iPhone 5 in the third place.

In spite of Apple’s failure to achieve the top spot in the smartphone satisfaction ranking, the company is quite happy with its top position in the category of personal computers. The tech titan hopes to extend its domination in the PC market for a longer period of time.

About the Geek Mind

The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.

The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
