Companies are on the lookout for the next big innovation that will change the game. For example, Samsung has been adopting flexible displays on its smartphones. Although the technology raises more questions than answers, Samsung has already confirmed in a meeting today that it will announce a phone with a curved display next week.

Fellow South Korean rival, LG, is also said to be working on a phone with a flexible display. According to ZDNet, LG is currently testing a phone called LG Z that features a concave curved display. LG is reportedly planning to launch the phone this month. The LG Z, according to sources, will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and will support LTE.
Take this with a grain of salt though as LG has yet to confirm the report.
