Amazon Kindle Fire HDX Tablet Now Shipping

Amazon has officially announced good news for fans of the new Kindle Fire HDX tablets unveiled not long ago. Amazon is now officially shipping the new seven-inch Kindle Fire HDX tablet. The tablet packs in the new Fire OS 3.0 Mojito operating system. The operating system also brings exclusive features and services such as X-Ray for music and Prime Instant Video downloads.

If you somehow missed the news of the Kindle Fire HDX tablet it features a high-end HDX display, quad-core 2.2 GHz processor, and two times more memory than previous versions. The tablet also features the Mayday button for on device tech support that gets users help in 15 seconds or less.

With a beautiful 323 ppi perfect-color HDX display, 3x the processing power, 2x the memory, 4x the graphics performance, and Fire OS 3.0, we think customers are going to love the new Kindle Fire HDX,” said Peter Larsen, Vice President, Amazon Kindle. “We can’t wait to get this tablet into our customers’ hands.”
