Apple New iPads Event Starts Today

Apple is going to unveil two new iPads today in a special launch event at 1 pm ET. iPad 5 and iPad mini 2 is about to be debuted today.

Today is October 22. It is the date on which Apple has already announced to launch its new iPads. Just after few hours, Apple will unveil its all new tablets. A next-generation of iPad is about come with iPad mini. Apple will announce the 5th version of its iPad while iPad mini's 2nd version will come up today.

Much more is expected from this event. Lots of speculations point towards updated Mac Pros and Macbook Pros too. An Apple TV update was also rumored. But most of the speculations suggest that revamped Apple TV is not coming today. What else Apple is going to launch in this new iPad event will be known shortly.

We have already told you that Apple is offering a live video stream of today's new iPad event. You can watch this live video stream of Apple's new iPads launch event if you have 

  • Safari 4 or later on OS X v10.6 or later; 
  • Safari on iOS 4.2 or later. 

If you want watch the new iPad launch event's live streaming video on your Apple TV device, you must have second- or third-generation Apple TV with software 5.0.2 or later.
