Ever since Plants vs. Zombies debut in 2009, there have been a lot of Zombie-based entertainment that became available. Television shows, movies, and even more games for mobile phones. Here we list down 3 best Zombie-based applications that are free on the Android PlayStore.

  1. Zombiewood - Zombies in LA (Free) - The game, Zombiewood is a completely free action shooter game. It is developed by Gameloft. The players need to defend the city, Los Angeles, against the zombie apocalypse. Users can zap, burn & boil zombies by using over 30 awesome and wicked weapons. The game outfits can be mixed, while 20 different types of movies unfold as the gamer progresses. Its 10 different game modes give its users an endless gaming experience. Some regular updates will occur adding more weapons and more movies so the fun never ends!
  2. Zombie Smasher (Free) - Zombie Smasher is an thrilling, addicting, and entertaining zombie game developed by Italy Games. With just a simple tap, gamers will smash the zombies as they will invade the neighborhood. A special power-up will help earning extra points, but gamers need to be careful not to injure the innocent kids from the neighborhood because it will lower gamer's score. The brain-munchers have evolved with 7 different types of breed intent on terrifying the town. Story mode, time mode, and survival mode will offer different playing experiences that will have gamers come back for more. Gamers need to wake the Zombies and then escape from The Rusty Mug; which is a bar built on ancient Aztec burial ground. Gamers can also choose from 14 different characters including Iron Zombie, Bad Santa, and Zuperman. Gamers should avoid obstacles such as some overgrown branches and some broken bridges in levels like the nasty swamp and old village. The game Zombie Run HD gives a whole new set of challenges for its players.
