I rarely get excited anymore about new gadgets, but the just unveiled Coin is getting me excited. This is really cool. Watch the video below - it is the best way to understand it and see how beautifully it is executed.
Only Coin Replaces All Your Credit Cards in a Very Cool Way
San Francisco startup Only Coin justlaunched its first product. The Coin is a smart credit card size gadget that replace all your credit cards. You can store your cards on the Coin and select the one you want to use on the card. The smart technology changes the data on the magnetic strip to simulate the card you selected. The beauty is that there is no need for NFC or other new infrastructure that other wallet systems require. Everything stays the same, but you only have to carry around one card in your wallet.
The Coin can be configured via your Smartphone and even offers location tracking, so you will not lose or leave your Coin card behind.
The Coin can be pre-ordered now for $50 (50% off) and it will ship in Summer of 2014. Watch the cool Coin introduction video below to fully grasp the beauty of this solution.

About the Geek Mind
The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.
The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
